Banana Bread Recipe (Bakery Style)
Moist and fluffy banana bread with chocolate chips reminicient of a european cafe. Made better with a cup of strong coffee.

- 1 & 1/3 cups All Purpose Flour 322 grams
- 1& 1/3 cups white sugar or coconut sugar 322 grams
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 4 whole eggs
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup olive oil 4.6 fl oz
- 1 tsp lemon juice or any other acid like apple cider vinegar
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips optional, use mini chocolate chips
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder for a protein boost
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Dry Ingredients
Grab your measuing cups & a mixing bowl. You will need two kinds of mearing cups - 1 cup & 1 /3 cup. Start measuring the flour and the sugar. Mix it into the bowl. The flour to sugar ratio is 1:1 for this recipe.
1 & 1/3 cups All Purpose Flour, 1& 1/3 cups white sugar or coconut sugar
To the mixing bowl, add the salt, baking soda & baking powder. Give it another good mix to evenly distribute the baking salts with the flour.

Wet Ingredients
Using a stand mixer, whip up the 4 bananas until creamy.
4 ripe bananas
Add the eggs, olive oil & lemon juice. Mix again until all the ingredients are fully incorporated into the bananas to make the wet batter.
